Hello, my name is Tom.  I started WashedUpEmo.com in 2007 to showcase and talk about the mid 90s/early 2000 emo and post-hardcore scene that was quickly becoming a mockery in the mid 2000s.  It's been a labor of love to say the least.  I started a DJ night with a friend in NYC in 2011 and around the same time I started a podcast interviewing the folks from this scene for an in depth look at music from this era. This store is an extension of those discussions and events.
